Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents – Immediate Openings

American Income Life has been a  unionized, trusted insurance provider since 1951 , helping families protect their financial futures. We are seeking  highly motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Licensed Insurance Agents to serve as primary advisors to clients, specializing in life and health coverage.

Whether you are  experienced or new to the field , we provide  leads at no cost and comprehensive support to help you succeed. Veterans and union members are our prime markets, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards

• Conduct  virtual sales presentations and consultations to assess client coverage needs.
• Initiate sales opportunities with seniors, veterans, union members, and referrals.
• Qualify prospects, provide personalized policy recommendations, and close sales.
• Sell  individual life and health insurance plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up.

Required Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (we will assist with obtaining resident or non-resident licenses if needed).
• Strong  interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills .
• Ability to  establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Proficient in  mobile and online applications .
• Highly  self-motivated with the ability to achieve goals independently.
