Solution IT Inc. is looking for an UI/UX Designer one of its clients in Houston, TX, 4 days Onsite, Friday remote

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Summary:

The main function of a UI/UX Designer is to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that enhance usability and meet business goals. A typical UI/UX Designer is responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.
Manager is seeking a candidate with 8+ years of UI/UX Designer experience, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces.
Design user flows and experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals.
Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.

Required Skills

8-10 years of experience. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field required.
