**Job Title: Framer** **Job Description** **We are looking for rough farmers to join our crew! We are offering year-round, indoor work, 40 hours guaranteed each week with optional overtime each week.** **Responsibilities** - Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints with accuracy. - Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials as required. - Assemble and install structural frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project coordination. - Follow all safety protocols and site regulations. - Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition. - Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. - Lead, coach, and coordinate crews in production processes and activities. - Assign tasks based on material availability and worker skill sets. - Evaluate projects for compliance with technical specifications. - Inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper safety standards are met. - Provide regular updates to the plant manager on attendance, performance, and production KPIs. **Essential Skills** - 5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new builds. - Experience in prefab and stick framing. - Ability to read blueprints - Experience leading a crew as a site Lead or Foreman. **Why Work Here?** Join a start-up opportunity in a brand new 180,000 square foot facility.
