Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related applications.
- Build and maintain workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and data policies.
- Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Implement best practices for platform governance, security, and code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ServiceNow modules.
- Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and UI components.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations: REST, SOAP, API orchestration.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform security.
- Experience with ServiceNow Update Sets, Scoped Apps, and App Engine Studio.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
