Job Description

Job Details: Paul Davis is seeking career-minded, highly motivated estimators to create estimates for water/fire mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction and remodeling. This is a full-time position in a fast growing company with plenty of growth opportunities with the opportunity earn commission.
Requirements
2+ years verifiable experience in restoration or construction estimating.
Proficiency in Xactimate.
Knowledge of local and state building code requirements.
Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
Create accurate scopes and sketch floorplans.
Utilize Matterport technology on job sites.
Independently perform and manage own work.
Consistently produce estimates within the given timeline.
Keep constant contact with all clients and insurance carriers.
Build strong relationships with management, clients, and adjusters.
Creating proposals, change orders, revisions and supplements.

Base commission. Our current REs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $110,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential as it's based on your ability to manage large production volumes.
