Seasons Kosher Supermarkets is one of the largest kosher supermarket chains in the nation. At present, there are 5 Seasons Supermarket locations & 4 Convenience store models across the Tri-State area with plans to expand. Seasons offers its customers a full-service kosher shopping experience where everyone, including its highly dedicated associates, is treated like family.

Job Responsibilities

The Front-End Managers are responsible for overseeing all employees within the front-end of our stores, such as cashiers, baggers, and customer service representatives. Managers are responsible for ensuring the employees are following their schedules, changing scheduled shifts when necessary, and that all employees are working in a safe and efficient manner. Front End Managers are leaders for our Front- End Team and they are to ensure prompt, friendly, helpful customer service, accurate cash handling practices, and a clean and orderly front end. Managers may also provide input in employment decisions.

Requirements

• Must have familiarity with the Kosher laws
• Supervision experience – hiring, training, evaluating.
• Ability to project an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Ability to inspire and develop excellence in self and others.
• Willingness and ability to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job.
• Experience serving the public.
• Ability to handle multiple demands; calmness under pressure.
• Experience developing systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Organized, meticulous attention to detail balanced with “big-picture” perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments.
• Candidate should be available to work from 7 AM to 3:30 PM
