KPMG LLP, Lead Engineer II, NBPG (Multiple Positions), Philadelphia, PA. Oversee the design, development and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for effective technical solutions. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to automation and orchestration processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Serve as primary point of contact for projects and initiatives related to automation and orchestration, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets and quality standards. Maintain adherence to coding standards and documentation practices. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.--5:00 p.m.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Overseeing technology rollout, including capacity management, definition of scoring methodologies for technology selection, integration of multiple tools and technical documentation; Software configuration management (SRM) in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; Scripting PowerShell and Python; Configuration management tools; Deploying N-tier applications, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform; and DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
Travel to various locations throughout the US is required up to 5%.
Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location, depending on business need.
