Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage user lifecycle activities including **onboarding, offboarding, role changes**, and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
* Administer IAM tools such as **Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk**, or similar platforms.
* Handle **access requests**, approvals, and fulfillments as per defined policies and SLAs.
* Monitor IAM systems to ensure **availability, performance, and security**.
* Perform regular **access reviews, recertifications, and audits** to meet compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, etc.).
* Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents, access issues, and authentication failures.
* Support **Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)**, Single Sign-On (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM).
* Maintain documentation for IAM processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, and Application teams for access governance and policy enforcement.
* Participate in IAM enhancements, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of **IAM concepts**: authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM.
* Hands-on experience with **Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP**.
* Familiarity with IAM governance tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, etc.).
* Knowledge of **ITIL processes** (Incident, Change, Access Management).
* Experience with **ticketing tools** like ServiceNow or Remedy.
* Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or Shell) is an advantage.
* Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
