Role impact
- Support laser set-up and daily operation (Fiber and/or CO2).
- Load and stage materials to keep production flowing.
- Measure completed workpieces to validate conformance.
- Translate work orders into the right materials, cutting paths, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Care for tools, machines, and the shop environment.
The specifics
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm
- Worksite: On-site, Hamilton, OH 45015
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
- Bonus: $1,000 sign-on after 90 days
