Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Commitment to personal and food safety, as well as efficient operations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Promote and use sound maintenance practices across the facility.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to develop effective time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently.
- Work effectively within a crew and lead/coordinate electrical tasks and functions.
Experience / Qualifications
- Possess a comprehensive set of quality hand tools.
- Ability to learn repair and care of industrial equipment used in beet sugar processing.
- May be required to work a universal schedule based on company needs.
- Sufficient knowledge of beet sugar processes to diagnose electrical issues.
- Industrial or commercial electrical experience required.
- Knowledge of instrumentation required.
- Ability to obtain certification for Mobile Equipment operation.
- Electrical skills including:
- Motor maintenance
- Welding racks
- Installing conduit
- Basic MCC controls
- AC/DC circuits
- Electrical schematics
- PLC frequency drive knowledge
- Valves and transmitter control systems
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
