Dazzling Dentistry is looking for a Part-Time Business Assistant to join our Chicago team!
Schedule:
Evenings (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and Saturdays 7a.m. to 2 p.m.
Perfect opportunity for a college, pre-dental or high school student looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional dental environment
Job duties:
-Welcome patients and provide an exceptional patient experience
-Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communication
-Register patient into the system, manage documents, and treatment plans and scheduling
-Support our doctors and team with daily office operations
