About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to provide front desk support during a busy season. This temporary position requires highly flexible hours, ranging from as little as 4 hours per week up to 40 hours per week, based on business needs and scheduling updates. The role is expected to last approximately three months. Job Description
In this role, you will manage front desk responsibilities and assist with general office tasks. Key duties include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, filing, scanning, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Occasional Saturday availability may be required during peak periods. This position does not require accounting experience. Qualifications
Required:

• Strong dependability and ability to adapt to changing schedules
• Basic administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Flexible availability (hours may vary weekly)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a front desk or office support role
• Availability for occasional Saturday coverage during busy season
