Responsibilities

Core gameplay design, meta-game and progression systems.
Propose, develop and balance the economic system in the game.
Design events, LiveOps, player retention and monetization systems.
Work closely with Producer, Artist and Developer to turn ideas into finished products.
Analyze player data to optimize experience and retention.
Monitor market trends, research competitors and suggest improvements.
